    Best Athletic Abdominal Exercises you can do at home or anywhere, anytime, you just need a medicine ball that bounces. Work your lower abs, side abs, overall abs, etc. Do 2-3 sets of 10-30 of each. Repeat at least 4-5 times a week. Here's a quick exercise program to get those six pack abs.

    These ab exercises aren't for everybody, just the studly people. With a physioball you can up your intensity with these exercises. Work your lower abs, side abs, overall abs, etc. 2-3 sets of 10-30 of each. Repeat at least 3-4 times a week. Here's a definite exercise program to get those six pack abs.
