  • Progressive Running Clock Workout of the Day (WOD)

    30 Minute Running Clock. Select a difficult exercise ie pull ups or for those that are advanced select a mini circuit of 1 pull up, 1 push up, 1 squat. Perform 1 rep at the 1st minute, 2 reps at the 2nd minute, etc.

    If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete. If youíve canít keep up with each progressive minute add one rep to each exercise and see if you can go for the full thirty minutes.

    Modify as needed, select a weight and an exercise that you can do. If you can perform a lat pull at 5 plates, a chest press at 5 plates and a body weight squat at every minute, that would be great. Progress to 2 reps at two minutes, 3 at 3 minutes etc.
