To be efficient, I decided to create a circuit for my core exercises. In eight minutes, I expect my higher level clients to perform 4 rounds of three exercises, 30 reps each. Non-stop action and when the dust clears, you will have done 240 abs and 120 lower back. Read on for the workout.
A. 30 Overall Abs ie V Ups, Super Double Abs, etc
B. 30 Oblique Abs ie Bicycles, Torso Rotation, etc
C. 30 Lower Back ie Superman with W, T, Cobra, etc
Perform exercise A, immediately followed by exercise B, immediately followed by exercise C, repeat all three exercises in succession.
