  • 20 Minute Workout: Chest/Upper Back/Leg Workout

    Quick workout targeting the chest, upper back and legs. Perform this workout to quickly hit the major muscle groups and jump up your heart rate. Select a compound movement for each ie push ups or chest press for the chest musculature. Pull Ups or lat pulls for the upper back musculature and squats or leg press for the leg musculature.

    5 Pull Ups/Body Rows/Lat Pull Down Machine
    10 Wide Push Ups/Incline Push Ups/Chest Press
    Machine 15 Squats/Box Squats/Leg Press Machine
    Perform all three exercises in succession as fast as possible with good form. Take rest as needed and continue for the time allotted (20 Minutes). Record and compare at a later date.
