  • Roll the Dice and Play my version of the Exercise Card Game
    Check out my rendition of the Exercise Card Game. I selected the body parts my clients' were focusing on for that day. This specific day we were working the upper back, triceps, abs, legs and shoulders.

    I combined two decks and to make it more interesting, I used one dice and used that as a multiplier for the abdominal exercises. If the person rolled a 6, she would do 6x the number as indicated by the card. If it was a 7, she would have to do 42 abdominal exercises.

    I dealt out 25-35 cards and if there were two or more clients, I dealt each their own hand and let them compete against each other.

    Perform the number of reps as indicated by the card. Based on the suit, perform the specific exercise.

    Hearts: Bent Over Dumbbell Rows
    Diamonds: Seated Dips
    Spades: Torso Rotations and also Military Press
    Clubs: Sumo Squat with Upright Rows
    Joker: 400 meter sprint on treadmill/elliptical or 100 lunges (total)

    Select a number of cards in your hand, ie 20, 35,52, etc cards and time yourself.
