  • Prison Workout Pyramid 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
    Here is my rendition of the Prison Workout Pyramid. Today my clients are working their chest, upper back, and legs. Replace the muscle groups with the ones that you need. Keep the intensity high by selecting a weight that you can do 10 times. This workout took 20-30 minutes for my clients and it mixed it up a little bit for them.


    For the chest your options are:
    Push-Ups
    Dips
    Chest Press Machine (weight that you can do 10x)

    For your upper back, your options are:
    Pull-ups
    Lat Pull Machine
    Body Rows with the Rings

    For you legs, your options are:
    Squat
    Deadlift
    Pistol Squats

    Perform a set of 10 of each of the exercises, a set of 9 of each, a set of 8, etc,etc.
