  • Scaled Down/Modified Crossfit's Workout of the Day (WOD): Angie
    With my female clients today, we were targeting the chest, biceps, legs and abs. I chose to scale down Angie for the first half of the workout and then complement the rest of the hour with additional chest, biceps and added some rotator cuff exercises and some lower back exercises. Read on for the scaled down Angie workout.

    100 Bench Press at 50% of their bodyweight
    100 Biceps Curl at 15-30 pound dumbbells
    100 Hanging Abs with Straps
    100 Walking Lunges (Total Steps)

    You must complete all 100 reps of one exercise before moving on to the next exercise.

    I expect times of 13 to 20+ minutes. For one client, I decided to do only 1/2 of the Modified Angie workout.
