  • Modified Crossfit Workout of the Day: Barbara
    Thought I'd add a personal training touch to Barbara (Crossfit WOD) for my clients today. They are doing a upper back, triceps, abs and leg workout today. Read on to follow their program and what their exercises were.

    Their exercises were:

    10 Ring Body Rows (Parallel, Knees bent in a bridge)
    15 Narrow Push Ups (Kneeling)
    20 Bosu Crunches (Upper crunch with feet on floor)
    25 Sumo Squats (toes in a plie stance)
    10 Bent Over Narrow Rows (15-30 lbs each hand)
    15 Floor Bench (25-45 lb plate)
    20 Double Super Abs (Lie flat and fold in Half)
    25 Shoulder Width Squats

    5 rounds for time

    So far, we are averaging between 18-25 minutes
