  • Run the Rack
    Select the heaviest weight you can perform with good technique and do as many reps as you can. Drop the resistance by one level and do as many reps as possible. Drop the weight and repeat. Ie Bicep Curls with 40 pounds, 35 pounds, 30 pounds, 25 pounds, etc.

    Difficulty/Intensity Level: 3rd Degree

    Pros: Challenging.

    Cons: Form may suffer as fatigue sets in.
