This is the program that I currently use with my clients. I get twice the burn with this efficient and effective workout.
Perform two consecutive exercises for the same muscle group to double the burn.
Split Routine 3 Day 30-60 minute workout
Double Time Workout is geared for increasing muscle tone and strength.
The Double Time Workout Circuit is composed of mini circuits of 2 exercises, two chest, two bicep and two abdominal exercises. This circuit will allow each muscle group to workout hard and recover between circuits. Due to the non-stop pace, the target heart rate can range between 60-90% of maximum heart rate. The sets and reps (2 sets of 15-25 reps) are designed to finish off that muscle group.
Goal: Shaping and increasing muscle definition, endurance and tone.
