    Starting Position: Sit on a Physioball facing forward. Grip the Towels with the thumbs pointing in. Extend both arms in front of the body but keep the elbows slightly bent and at shoulder width. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. The Partner will apply Manual Resistance throughout the set (more through the stronger range, less through the weaker).

    Progress
    : Curl the right arm up until the forearm touches the biceps. Lift the right elbow up slightly at the end range. Lower to the starting position and repeat. After the set, repeat on the other side.

    Tips
    : Balance/Stability Precautions. Keep the elbow(s) shoulder width apart. Upon straightening the arm(s), keep the tension on the Biceps and do not fully extend at the elbow(s).
