    Exercise Name: Shoulder Internal Rotation: Standing, Plyo Against Wall, 180 Degree Abduction, Medicine Ball, Speed/Power Rep











    Primary Muscles:
    CARDIO BURST
    ROTATOR CUFF

    Technical Difficulty:
    3 ALARM FIRE: ADVANCED INTENSITY

    Equipment:
    MEDICINE BALL

    Training Benefit:
    CARDIO BURST
    POWER/SPEED


    Starting Position: Stand close to the wall with a Medicine Ball in the left hand. Hold the left arm at 180 degrees of abduction (overhead). Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold.

    Progress
    : Dribble the ball with the left hand against the wall. Quickly move the entire arm forward and back through a small range of motion to dribble the ball. Repeat.
