    Starting Position: Place both feet at the top of the platform and keep shoulder width apart. Have a Partner place a Disc under the right leg and hold the disc to stabilize throughout the movement. Hold onto both Handles. Adjust the sled to allow for the knee joint and hip joint to be at 90 degrees. Do not let the knees past the toes throughout the movement. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. Lift the left leg and lower below the sled as to not interfere with the movement.

    Progress
    : Press through the right foot and extend the right leg. Do not lockout the knee at the end range to keep the tension on the quads. Return to the starting position and repeat. After the set, repeat on the other side.

    Tips
    : Knee, Balance/Stability Precautions. Keep the knee(s) aligned with the second toe, do not let the knee(s) move side to side throughout the set. Lower and raise the hips in a straight line.
