    Starting Position: Adjust the seat of the Leg Press to vary the targeted area. Place both feet at the top of the platform and keep shoulder width apart. Hold onto both Handles. Adjust the sled to allow for the knee joint and hip joint to be at 90 degrees. Do not let the knees past the toes throughout the movement. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. Lift the left leg off of the platform and hold throughout the set.

    Progress
    : Press through the heel and extend the leg. Do not lockout the knee at the end range to keep the tension on the quads. Return to the starting position and repeat at a pace of one second on the way up and one second on the way down. After the set, repeat on the other side.

    Tips
    : Knee, High Level Precautions. Keep the knee(s) aligned with the second toe, do not let the knee(s) move side to side throughout the set. Lower and raise the hips in a straight line.
