    LEGS (ACCESSORY, ALL)

    Technical Difficulty:
    2 ALARM FIRE: INTERMEDIATE INTENSITY

    Equipment:
    PHYSIOBALL

    Training Benefit:
    BALANCE/STABILITY
    STRENGTH


    Starting Position: Place the center of the body on top of the Physioball. Extend the legs and arms. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and keep the back flat.

    Progress
    : Extend the right back. Do not rotate the hips at any time, the back and hips should remain flat and straight. Return to the starting position and with the knee bent, extend the right leg up and back (donkey kick). Return to the starting position and repeat both movements. After the set, repeat on the other side.

    Tips
    : Balance/Stability Precautions.
