Starting Position: Lie with the upper back on the ground and with both soles on the Physioball. Hold both arms above the shoulders throughout the exercise. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. Lower the hips to the ground while the knees remain straight.

Progress
: Press through the soles and lift the hips until the body is level. Squeeze the gluteals at the top. Return to the starting position and repeat.
