    Bridge: Supine, Knees Bent, Feet (Inclined Step)


    Exercise Name: Bridge: Supine, Knees Bent, Feet (Inclined Step)

    GLUTEALS
    HAMSTRINGS
    LEGS (ACCESSORY, ALL)

    STRENGTH


    Starting Position: Stack one side of the step three high and the other side one level high. Place both feet on the lower side of the step and lie on the back with both knees bent. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold.

    Progress
    : Press through the heels and lift the hips off of the ground and in line with the knees and the shoulders. Keep the knees bent. Squeeze the gluteals at the top. Return to the starting position and repeat.
