    Starting Position: Place both feet at the top of the platform and keep shoulder width apart. Hold onto both Handles. Adjust the sled to allow for the knee joint and hip joint to be at 90 degrees. Do not let the knees past the toes throughout the movement. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. Raise the left leg and hold above hip level.

    Progress
    : Jump up by pressing through the right heel and extending right hip and knee. Do not lockout the knee at the end range to keep the tension on the quads. Return to the starting position by landing with the left foot and without pause, repeat on alternate sides.

    Tips
    : Keep the knee(s) aligned with the second toe, do not let the knee(s) move side to side throughout the set. Lower and raise the hips in a straight line.
