    LEGS (ACCESSORY, ALL)

    Starting Position: Place the weight pin at the heaviest weight. Position the leg pad parallel to the ground. Place the Bench a few inches in front of the leg pad. Kneel on the Bench, with the heels locked under the leg pad and the knees off of the Bench. Cross both arms across the chest and contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold.

    Progress
    : Lower the upper body to the ground by extending the knees. Without pause, curl the body upward by pulling with the heels. Repeat.
